ADVANTAGES: • CAN CUT MATERIALS UP TO 18" THICK • NOT LIMITED TO WHAT IT CAN CUT – CAN BE METALS, PLASTICS, STONE – IF IT CAN BE PUT ON THE TABLE, IT CAN BE CUT • NO HEAT AFFECTED ZONE – GREAT FOR FINISHED HOLES THAT WILL REQUIRE FURTHER MACHINE, EX. TAPPED HOLES • VERY GOOD AT CUTTING SMALL PROFILES IN THICKER MATERIALS • VERY GREEN PROCESS – WASTE WATER CAN GO DOWN THE DRAIN AND THE GARNETT CAN BE SAFELY DUMPED IN LANDFILLS BEING A NATURAL ELEMENT DISADVANTAGES: • NOT COST EFFECTIVE ON THINNER MATERIALS – EX: ¼" CARBON STEEL CUTS AT AROUND 10 IPM COMPARED TO 80-100 IPM ON LASER EDGE QUALITY IS GRADED ON A SCALE OF 1 TO 5
